Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the owners of this listed Georgian home wanted to add a rear extension to their home to create a spacious kitchen, dining area. Due to living in a listed building within a conservation area it was important for the extension to be sympathetic to the style of the building including details like the rendering, windows and fascias.

Our client wanted to replace the front windows of the property due to the sun damage that had occurred over the years causing rot in the original windows.

Replacement of all windows in this small period cottage in North Wales with the addition of a traditional styled conservatory to the rear of the property. To the front of the property authentic sliding sash windows have been installed, whilst at the rear timber effect UPVC flush casement windows have been fitted giving an period look with the benefit of low maintenance.
