COVID-19 Our Secure Response 

We have all had to adapt to meet the challenges presented by the Corona Virus pandemic and John Knight Glass are no different, firstly we have had to make our Showroom and premises COVID-19 SECURE,  instead of being able to pop into our showroom you now have to contact us beforehand, as the Showroom visits are now by Appointment only.

 

What to expect:-

When you contact us to make an appointment, we will arrange the date and time and send you an email confirmation, the email will also ask you a number of questions relating to Corona Virus:-

 

Please answer the following questions ahead of your appointment.

In the last 7 days has either you or anyone in your household  had the symptoms, however mild of COVID-19?

 

These include but are not exclusively:-

High Temperature (Fever)

A new, continuous cough

Chest tightness

Myalia (muscle pain)

Fatigue (overly tired, or very weak)

Loss of sense of smell and/or taste

In the last 14 days, have you or anyone in your household been self-isolating?

YES NO

Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?

YES NO

Is anyone in your property shielding a vulnerable person?

YES NO 

If the answer is ‘yes’ to any, we will call you to discuss. If the situation changes after you have replied, but before you visit us, please telephone the office 0151 342 2266.

On Arrival

When you arrive, ring the Entrance door bell and you will be met by the Sales person wearing PPE, you will be offered hand sanitiser and we request that you maintain the correct social distance throughout your visit.

We will demonstrate the products for you, this means we know exactly what have been touched and the area can then be sanitised ready for the next client.

In-line with current Government guidelines we ask that all of our customers wear face coverings when visiting our showroom.

The downside to all this is I'm afraid whilst you are still able to enjoy our outstanding one to one service, it is no longer accompanied with Coffee & Biscuits!
