Having lived in their home for many years the homeowners had always been sympathetic to the original design of the home and had wanted to ensure they retain as many of the original features as possible whenever making changes and upgrades to the home.

Looking to replace the original timber windows and doors with something more energy efficient and low maintenance whilst staying true to the original character and design of the property. We supplied and installed two sliding sash bay windows from our timber alternative Roseview range that are an extremely close replica to the original windows whilst giving all the benefits of modern window technology.

The windows originally featured a half Georgian design with a 60/40 split. We where able to achieve this same design with the new windows, combined with the slid mid rail and Depp bottom rail it really is hard to tell the difference between the original timber and new timber alternative UPVC windows.

We also supplied a Solidor composite door which opens out onto the balcony and again has been designed to match the style of a glazed timber door of yesteryear.
