With a visionary approach to rejuvenate a historic and weathered barn, the property owners have transformed it into a striking modern residence. Their vision was to meld the barn's rustic allure with contemporary living amenities.

Collaborating closely with the project architect, meticulous planning and attention to detail became pivotal for the success of this barn conversion. Extensive structural renovations were carried out to reinforce the barn's stability, including strengthening the roof and walls.

Incorporated into the design, at the rear of the property, our 11-meter Knight Line Sliding Doors create an exquisite backdrop for the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Taking advantage of the seamless threshold, these sliding doors, combined with matching floor tiles, provide a fluid connection to the paved garden terrace, which offers breathtaking views of the Kelsall countryside.

To enhance the property's luminosity, substantial glass panels were installed above the Knight Line Sliding Doors, ensuring an abundance of natural light throughout the day. The installation of these contemporary panels showcases outstanding energy efficiency and modern thermal performance.

For the perfect symmetry and aesthetic balance of the property, we also installed two sets of 3-leaf bi-fold doors on either side of the Knight Line Sliding Doors, providing additional access to the garden terrace.
