As part of a scheme of renovations and upgrades our client was looking for a high-end folding door that was finished internally in painted timber to tie in with the rest of the doors and windows throughout this period property.

Externally the doors are black powder coated aluminium to help protect the timber internal frame from the elements, ensuring a low maintenance finish.

Having visited our showroom our client was particularly impressed with the Centor 200 series door due to the range of integrated screens and shades available. The screens and shades are built into the door giving a completely seamless look and are virtually invisible when open. The built in shades can be pulled from one side of the door to offer complete privacy, and likewise the screens can be pulled from the alternative side to offer insect protection enabling you to open your doors year round without the worry of having unwanted creatures entering the building.

We worked closely with the building contractor to ensure the walls where built correctly to accommodate the unique doors and also ensure the door threshold was at the correct level both internally and externally.

Having spoken to the homeowner they are particularly happy with the integrated screens and use them regularly throughout the summer having the door open throughout the day and into the evening with the screens pulled over.
