The invention of triple glazing means that despite this increase in the amount of glass surface area, due to the slim profile of Aluminium , there won’t be any decrease in thermal performance, in fact our triple glazed units have the capability of reaching U-Values as low as 0.6.

Case Studies
Aluminium installation, Heswall Wirral
Complete installation of aluminium AMS windows and curtain walling, Centor aluminium bi-fold doors and contemporary roof light. All windows and doors supplied by John Knight Glass to complete this new build property.
The client wanted to achieve a modern look allowing lots of natural light to enter the property, the use of aluminium floor to ceiling glazing in many rooms throughout the property creates a modern look allowing lots of natural light flood the property.
As this project was a new build it was a priority to achieve a very energy efficient building this was accomplished with the use of thermal broken aluminium frames and 44mm triple glazing panels.
Victorian Property Restoration, Wirral
The owners of this Victorian property have completed an extensive restoration removing all windows, the roof and the rear wall of the property. Choosing to maintain an authentic period façade to the front and the side of the building whilst modernising the rear of the property to create an open plan, modern living space.
The client wanted to achieve an original look to the front of the building opting for sliding sash windows whilst updating the rear of the property with a contrasting modern look. To the rear of the property aluminium Centor bi-fold doors where chosen in grey with matching UPVC grey windows.
All windows were fitted with gas filled A rated units, with triple glazing fitted to the bi-fold doors for enhanced energy efficiency. The glazing combined with the extensive renovation brought this property into the 21st century with vastly improved energy efficiency and overall comfort.
Aluminium Windows and Doors, Wirral
Design, supply and installation of a bespoke glass orangery featuring bi-fold doors, windows and dual aluminium roof lanterns. To complete this project we used products from 3 different brands including windows from Allstyle, doors from Centor and roof lanterns from our Skyprism range.
Key attention to detail was given to the external features of this build as we had aluminium capping custom made and powder coated to match the windows and doors used within the project. We then worked closely with the builder on the placement of the steel structure to ensure we could achieve a modern minimal look when completing the project.
The original kitchen was opened up and joined onto the orangery achieving an open plan configuration to the downstairs of the property. The new space is ideal for entertaining year round with the ability to open it up in the summer.
New Build, Stoke On Trent
Full house installation of a combination of aluminium windows and doors from The Knight Collection and several sets of Crittall screens.
On this project we worked closely with the client to help them achieve there dream home. The main brief was to fit several Crittall screens both internally and externally and work on the remaining opening to match the Crittall screens. We knew the windows would be black and needed to have a slim frame to tie in with the Crittall. After some discussion with our clients we decided on an aluminium window profile with a black frame and triple glazing.

New build development, Kelsall
Our client is currently developing 3 new build high-end homes on a large plot and has come to us to help design and supply a complete glazing solution including all windows and doors throughout this property.
The brief was clear from the beginning a modern finish in Grey Ral 7016 to contrast against the building finishes. We have combined a range of high end products including Knight Collection windows, Dutemann bifolding doors and a Spitfire entrance door to create the ideal installation.

Colour Options
All of our aluminium windows are polyester powder coated to give an extremely hard wearing finish. Our aluminium windows can be finished in almost any RAL colour many of which can be seen on our separate RAL colour chart page. Windows and doors can be supplied in single or dual colour meaning that they can have the same colour internally and externally or have a separate colour internally to the exterior.
We also can offer a Decoral finish on some of our aluminium range which is the process of applying a wood effect finish to the aluminium profiles, giving the aesthetics of wood without the on-going long term maintenance costs of natural timber.
