New build property Wrexham

New build Wrexham

Taking inspiration from The Hamptons, this new build home has been inspired by the stunning light and airy homes of The Hamptons. The large entrance, timber effect panelling, light and bright rooms and shaker kitchen are some of the key elements to this home that create the look and feel of what we expect from a New Hamptons styled home.

The glazing is a large element of this home and has been carefully considered throughout to achieve the right balance of style and efficiency. The windows and doors have been positioned by the architect to make the most of the winter sun, helping to keep the home warmer in summer and cooler in winter. Triple glazing has been supplied throughout all of the windows and doors to help achieve an extremely low U value throughout the home.

All windows and doors are manufactured from Rationel’s alu-clad timber frames. Rationel windows are extremely well known for there low U value and have a range of traditionally styled window and doors which suited this property perfectly.

At one end of the home a large orangery style room has been built which houses the dining room, we have installed a large all glass pitched roof lantern which floods the space with lots of natural light as well as adding architectural interest to the space. The room automatically feels higher thanks to the naturally high position of the roof lantern.

Internally we have installed a black Duration steel alternative screen separating the dual height living space from the upstairs landing. The black screen adds the ultimate wow factor to this entrance and maintains a visual connection between the two spaces.
